About the Role
As an HR Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. Your role will involve developing HR strategies, improving performance, enhancing employee satisfaction, and ensuring legal compliance across the board.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full employee life cycle—from recruitment to exit.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
- Support current and future business needs through workforce planning and talent management.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement and conflict resolution.
- Design and monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement surveys, etc.).
- Collaborate with department heads to manage performance appraisals, learning & development, and succession planning.
- Lead and guide the HR team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High emotional intelligence with a people-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS tools preferred.

We are hiring passionate and dynamic Sales Executives and Sales Managers to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell premium residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
- Generate qualified leads through multiple channels — including online platforms, real estate expos, walk-in inquiries, corporate events, and client referrals.
- Conduct in-person and virtual property presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on current market trends, pricing, and Dubai real estate regulations.
- Sales Manager Additional Duties:
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives.
- Develop sales strategies and monitor execution to drive performance.
- Train new joiners and support them in closing deals.
- Report sales performance and market insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Experience:
- Freshers with strong communication and ambition are encouraged to apply (Sales Executive).
- 2–6 years of sales experience in real estate or a related field preferred for Sales Manager roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
